Tariff Modifications in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 22, Subchapter I, Part B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating tariff modifications are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 22, Subchapter I, Part B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including tariff modifications) of the United States.
