State Literacy Resource Centers in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 30, Subchapter II, Part G

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating state literacy resource centers are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 30, Subchapter II, Part G. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including state literacy resource centers) of the United States.
