Standards-related Measures in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 13, Subchapter II, Part E, Subpart 2

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating standards-related measures are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 13, Subchapter II, Part E, Subpart 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including standards-related measures) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Trade Agreements Act of 1979 and Trade and Standards of the US Code, including standards-related measures) by chapter and subchapter.
