Standard Time in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 6, Subchapter IX

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating standard time are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 6, Subchapter IX. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including standard time) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Standards of the US Code, including standard time) by chapter and subchapter.
