Finding the law: Space Programs in the U.S. Code

Space Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part IV, Chapter 135

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating space programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part IV, Chapter 135. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including space programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Supply to Military of the US Code, including space programs) by chapter and subchapter.
