Shore Protection in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 39, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating shore protection are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 39, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including shore protection) of the United States.
