Settlement of International Claims in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 21

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating settlement of international claims are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 21. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including settlement of international claims) of the United States.
