Semiconductor Research in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 72

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating semiconductor research are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 72. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including semiconductor research) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Research of the US Code, including semiconductor research) by chapter and subchapter.
