Securities Investor Protection in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 2B–1

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating securities investor protection are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 2B–1. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including securities investor protection) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Securities Exchanges and Consumer Credit Protection of the US Code, including securities investor protection) by chapter and subchapter.
