Safeguards in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 21, Subchapter III, Part A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating safeguards are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 21, Subchapter III, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including safeguards) of the United States.
