The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating safeguards are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 21, Subchapter III, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including safeguards) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, North American Free Trade of the US Code, including safeguards) by chapter and subchapter.
