Rules Concerning Lights in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 5, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rules concerning lights are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 5, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including rules concerning lights) of the United States.
