Reporting and Disclosure in the U.S. Code: Title 29, Chapter 18, Subchapter I, Subtitle B, Part 1

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating reporting and disclosure are compiled in the United States Code under Title 29, Chapter 18, Subchapter I, Subtitle B, Part 1. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Labor (including reporting and disclosure) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Employee Retirement Income Security Program of the US Code, including reporting and disclosure) by chapter and subchapter.
