Regional Digest in the Context of Law Research

The Thurgood Marshall School of Law Library defined briefly Regional Digest as: Published as a set of four regional digests (Atlantic Digest, North Western Digest, Pacific Digest and South Eastern Digest) that correspond to four of the regional reporters of the National Reporter System. They are arranged by Topic and Key Number classification and include abstracts of all reported cases for each of the state sin the region. The digest paragraphs under each Key Number are arranged alphabetically by the states included within the digest.Legal research resources, including Regional Digest, help to identify the law that governs an activity and to find materials that explain that law.
