Regional Commissions in the U.S. Code: Title 40, Subtitle V, Chapter 2

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating regional commissions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 40, Subtitle V, Chapter 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Property (including regional commissions) of the United States.
