Rates of Duty and Other Trade Barriers in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter I, Part 1

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rates of duty and other trade barriers are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter I, Part 1. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including rates of duty and other trade barriers) of the United States.
