Quality Assurance in the U.S. Code: Title 38, Part V, Chapter 77, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating quality assurance are compiled in the United States Code under Title 38, Part V, Chapter 77, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Veterans (including quality assurance) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Boards and Administrations and Services of the US Code, including quality assurance) by chapter and subchapter.
