Protection of National Security Information and Activities in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter VI
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating protection of national security information and activities are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including protection of national security information and activities) of the United States.
