Protection of National Security Information and Activities in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating protection of national security information and activities are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including protection of national security information and activities) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Energy and Treaties and International Law and Nuclear Non-Proliferation of the US Code, including protection of national security information and activities) by chapter and subchapter.
