Protection of Citizens Abroad in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 23

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating protection of citizens abroad are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 23. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including protection of citizens abroad) of the United States.
