Prohibition of Intoxicating Beverages in the U.S. Code: Title 27, Chapter 2

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating prohibition of intoxicating beverages are compiled in the United States Code under Title 27, Chapter 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Intoxicating Liquors (including prohibition of intoxicating beverages) of the United States.
