Primary Dealers in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 62, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating primary dealers are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 62, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including primary dealers) of the United States.
