Practitioner Discipline Generally in relation to Immigration Courts

(information based on the DoJ Manual) The Executive Office for Immigration Review has the authority to impose disciplinary sanctions on attorneys or Accredited Representative (person approved by the Board of Immigration Appeals to represent aliens before the Immigration Courts and the Board)s who violate rules of professional conduct in practice before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Department of Homeland Security.
