Organizational Provisions in the U.S. Code: Title 29, Chapter 17, Subchapter I, Part A
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating organizational provisions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 29, Chapter 17, Subchapter I, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Labor (including organizational provisions) of the United States.
