The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating organizational provisions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 29, Chapter 17, Subchapter I, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Labor (including organizational provisions) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Employment and Training Programs of the US Code, including organizational provisions) by chapter and subchapter.
