Obtaining and Issuing Circulating Notes in the U.S. Code: Title 12, Chapter 2, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating obtaining and issuing circulating notes are compiled in the United States Code under Title 12, Chapter 2, Subchapter V.
