Nuclear Posture in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 24

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating nuclear posture are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 24. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including nuclear posture) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Military Organization and Nuclear Non-Proliferation of the US Code, including nuclear posture) by chapter and subchapter.
