Motor Carrier Safety in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle VI, Part B, Chapter 315

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating motor carrier safety are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle VI, Part B, Chapter 315.
