Monetary Transactions in the U.S. Code: Title 31, Subtitle IV, Chapter 53
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating monetary transactions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 31, Subtitle IV, Chapter 53. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Finance (including monetary transactions) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Money of the US Code, including monetary transactions) by chapter and subchapter.
