Medical Gases in the U.S. Code: Title 21, Chapter 9, Subchapter V, Part G

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating medical gases are compiled in the United States Code under Title 21, Chapter 9, Subchapter V, Part G. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Drugs (including medical gases) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Drugs and Devices of the US Code, including medical gases) by chapter and subchapter.
