Marketing and Regulatory Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 98, Subchapter VIII-A
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating marketing and regulatory programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 98, Subchapter VIII-A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including marketing and regulatory programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Department of Agriculture Reorganization and Regulation of the US Code, including marketing and regulatory programs) by chapter and subchapter.
