Levin Funds in the context of the Political Party Committees
In this context, Levin Funds may be defined as follows: A category of funds raised by state, district and local party committees that may be spent for certain federal election activities. Levin funds are donations from sources ordinarily prohibited by federal law but permitted by state law. 300.31 and 300.32. See Chapters 1 and 8.
