Language Institutes in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 17, Subchapter VI, Part B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating language institutes are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 17, Subchapter VI, Part B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including language institutes) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Military Training of the US Code, including language institutes) by chapter and subchapter.
