Full text of the 2007–2008 edition of Ohio Landlord Tenant Law, which explores all aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship, from creation of a rental agreement to the remedies that can be invoked when problems arise. The treatise also includes ready-to-use rental agreements and applications and letters covering lease termination, request to leave premises, and other common disputes.
