Investment Advisers in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 2D, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating investment advisers are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 2D, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including investment advisers) of the United States.
