Introductory Provisions in the U.S. Code: Title 21, Chapter 13, Subchapter I, Part A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating introductory provisions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 21, Chapter 13, Subchapter I, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Drugs (including introductory provisions) of the United States.
