International Education Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating international education programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Students (including international education programs) of the United States.
