Indiana International & Comparative Law Review

The Indiana International & Comparative Law Review is a student-edited law journal devoted to the study and analysis of current international legal issues and problems. Published continuously since 1991, the Review is edited by second and third-year law students chosen on the basis of their academic standing and performance in a writing competition.

The Review publishes two issues each year containing two to four Articles and three to five student Notes. Periodically, a third issue is published focusing on a specific topic in international or comparative law. The lead Articles are selected by the Board from a pool of works written by professors, judges, and practitioners located throughout the world. The student Notes are written by the newly selected members and are chosen by the Board based upon several factors, such as the significance of the subject, depth of analysis, scholarly approach, innovation, style, supporting authority, and soundness of conclusion.
