In 2003, the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law established a specialty law review focused on health care law and policy: the Indiana Health Law Review. Now in its eigth full year of publication, the journal continues to provide informative articles on important health law topics and issues that academic professionals and practitioners encounter.
The Law Review complements the school’s existing health law prog

ram, which is consistently recognized as one of the top ten programs in the nation. It benefits from the expertise of the William S. and Christine S. Hall Center for Law and Health, co-directed by Professors Eleanor Kinney and David Orentlicher, as well as our faculty advisors, Professors Emily Morris and Robert Katz.

The scope of the Indiana Health Law Review includes bioethics, malpractice liability, managed care, anti-trust, health care organizations, medical-legal research, legal medicine, food and drug, and other current health-related topics.
