Historical Preservation and Fine Arts in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 30, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating historical preservation and fine arts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 30, Subchapter V.
