High-performance Computing in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 81

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating high-performance computing are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 81. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including high-performance computing) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Computing of the US Code, including high-performance computing) by chapter and subchapter.
