Harbor Development in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 36, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating harbor development are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 36, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including harbor development) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Water Resources Development and Waters of the US Code, including harbor development) by chapter and subchapter.
