Governments in the U.S. Code: Title 13, Chapter 5, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating governments are compiled in the United States Code under Title 13, Chapter 5, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Census (including governments) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Censuses of the US Code, including governments) by chapter and subchapter.
