General Matters in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 21, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating general matters are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 21, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including general matters) of the United States.
