General Counsel in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 55, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating general counsel are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 55, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Congress (including general counsel) of the United States.
