Formal Systems in the U.S. Code: Title 46, Subtitle II, Part J, Chapter 145, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating formal systems are compiled in the United States Code under Title 46, Subtitle II, Part J, Chapter 145, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Shipping (including formal systems) of the United States.
