Foreign Trade Zones in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 1A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating foreign trade zones are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 1A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including foreign trade zones) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Trade of the US Code, including foreign trade zones) by chapter and subchapter.
