Foreign Students and Exchange Visitors in the U.S. Code: Title 8, Chapter 15, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating foreign students and exchange visitors are compiled in the United States Code under Title 8, Chapter 15, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Aliens and Nationality (including foreign students and exchange visitors) of the United States.
