Expenditure in the context of the Political Party Committees
In this context, Expenditure may be defined as follows: A purchase, payment, distribution, loan, advance, deposit, or gift of money or anything of value made for the purpose of influencing a federal election. A written agreement to make an expenditure is considered an expenditure. 100.111(a); 100.112; 114.1(a).
