Executive Agencies in the U.S. Code: Title 40, Subtitle III, Chapter 113, Subchapter II
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating executive agencies are compiled in the United States Code under Title 40, Subtitle III, Chapter 113, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Property (including executive agencies) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Information Technology Management and Agencies of the US Code, including executive agencies) by chapter and subchapter.
