Evidences of Title in the U.S. Code: Title 43, Chapter 28, Subchapter VII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating evidences of title are compiled in the United States Code under Title 43, Chapter 28, Subchapter VII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Lands (including evidences of title) of the United States.
