Employee Protection in the U.S. Code: Title 45, Chapter 16, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating employee protection are compiled in the United States Code under Title 45, Chapter 16, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Railroads (including employee protection) of the United States.
