Emergency Communications in the U.S. Code: Title 6, Chapter 1, Subchapter XIII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating emergency communications are compiled in the United States Code under Title 6, Chapter 1, Subchapter XIII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Domestic Security (including emergency communications) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Homeland Security of the US Code, including emergency communications) by chapter and subchapter.
